Cardamom, Honey, Peach


Gluten-free cooking spray
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar, coconut sugar, or sugar in the raw
4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
1 cup AYO Peach Yogurt
1/8 to 1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom, plus more for garnish



  1. Spray a grill or grill pan with cooking spray, then preheat it on medium.
    Place the sugar in a small bowl. Dip each peach half, cut side down, into the sugar.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, 1/8 cup honey and the cardamom. Add more honey to taste or if the peaches are not sweet and ripe.
  3. Grill the peach halves, cut side down, until they show grill marks, 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Spread some of AYO Peach Yogurt on a plate. Top with two peach halves, garnish with cardamom, and serve.
