1/2 cup of AYO Blueberry Yogurt
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt



  1. In a large mixing bowl whisk 1/2 cup of AYO Blueberry Yogurt, water, vegetable oil and eggs.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Whisk the dry ingredients into the yogurt mixture.
  4. Fold in 1 cup of blueberries.
  5. Cook 1/4 cupful of the mixture in a hot buttered skillet.


Makes 8 to 10 pancakes.
