Blueberry, Strawberry


1 1/2 cups AYO Blueberry Yogurt

1 cup natural light whipped topping

1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. lemon zest

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup sliced strawberries



  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (If it won’t fit in your freezer, use an 8″ X 8″ baking pan)
  2. In a medium-large bowl, combine all ingredients except berries. Mix until smooth and uniform.
  3. Spread mixture onto the baking sheet in a thin layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Top with berries, and lightly press to adhere.
  5. Lightly cover with foil and freeze until firm, at least 2 hours.
  6. Slice or break into 6 pieces.
