Banana, Honey, Lime, Mango, Pineapple, Strawberry


1 cup AYO Vanilla Yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice

1 teaspoon lime zest, from one lime, or more to taste

1 quart strawberries (washed and cored)

1 pineapple (cut into chunks)

1 banana (slices)

1 mango (sliced)




  1. In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup AYO Vanilla Yogurt, honey, lime juice, lime zest, from one lime, or more to taste. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
  2. Using wooden or metal skewers, alternately thread the fruit onto the skewers. Serve with yogurt dip. Optional: Sprinkle a little sea salt and red pepper flakes on the fruit for an extra flavor kick!
